Mohammed Ali Al-Mannai has been the President of the Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) since 2015. He has more than 20 years’ experience and a proven track record in the telecommunications industry.
Prior to his appointment with the CRA, Mr. Al-Mannai served as CEO of the Qatar National Broadband Network (QNBN). He also served as Senior Director for the network rollout at Ooredoo. He is the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Qatar Free Zones Authority and a member of the Board of Media City and Qatar Satellite Company.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in physics and electronics from the American University in Cairo.
